RecommendedI had an appointment extremely frustrating experience, but Clive went the extra mile to make it a better experience. They seriously need to streamline their process and work on communication between employees. Just trying to pay and get out takes WAY TOO long, but that seems to be the same at any dealership. I LOVE my new Highlander so I left happy.
