Bought 3 new vehicles from there last 20 years today I was there for 45 thousand maintenance service took them two hours and 20 minutes by the way I had appointment with them after one hour I believe his name was chanity Ham call me and give me a estimate of repairs for $1978.92 then I said I will think about service and the beginning they offer a free car wash I waited for 1 1/2 they give me the bill just for check $44.56 and said have nice day I walked out side and seen my car wasn’t washed I talk to one of the managers an... read more

Review: “After I spoke to Forest, the salesman, set an appointment to meet, called him on the hour drive to the dealership to let him know I was on the way, which he replied, ok... I arrived to have another salesman tell me they had already sold the truck, but Forest and the manager were too chickenshit to come out and tell me. A waste of 3 hours of my life. And there selection sucks anyways.”
I bought a 2010 GMC Terrain last June (2020) for 7k cask. They assured me the car was in good condition and maintenance was up to date on the vehicle. I barely drove the car because of the Pandemic and I was working from home. 8 months later the car wouldn't start. Got the car towed back to Haley for service.
