Extremely poor sign in process. You are greeted by an empty desk, and a sign in sheet. You are instructed to push a button and wait. And wait you will. When you push the button, you hear nothing, so you wonder if it works. So you sit until you push the button again, and again wonder if it’s working at all. The Phlembotomist is pleasant and gentle. The issue is the door bell concept. In my case, the bell was not heard the first time so I rang it again 20 minutes later. This process must be improved. Doubt I will return.

Visited recently for lab work. THIS IS A NEW LOCATION and is co-located with Rose Wellness. This location is in Hunter Mill Plaza on the back side. In and out quickly. Tech was knowledgeable and pleasant. No appointment necessary. If no receptionist, read the notes on the table and ring the bell; tech will be along shortly.

I have gone to this Vienna Sunrise Lab for years. The current technician, Arlene, is very unpleasant. She doesn't greet anyone when they come in, doesn't talk during any part of your being there, she will not answer a question unless it is repeated, doesn't say goodbye, basically has no social interchange with patients. I have complained to her supervisor, Amy, a couple of times, but nothing changes. Apparently Sunrise does not care that its employees be pleasant to patients.

I visited yesterday for blood test. I have to report, that this is a jem, compared with all other super busy centers. I was in and out and obtained a great service from the staff, named Arlene. Much thanks.
