Horrible experience. Tech was rude, would not answer questions and I felt very uncomfortable getting my blood drawn, concerned that she would angrily hit an artery instead of a vein. I will never come here again.

Extremely poor sign in process. You are greeted by an empty desk, and a sign in sheet. You are instructed to push a button and wait. And wait you will. When you push the button, you hear nothing, so you wonder if it works. So you sit until you push the button again, and again wonder if it’s working at all. There is no way to contact them, as they are somewhere in the back, unseen and unheard. I got there right when it opened, and was the first sign in. After 15 minutes, and 3 button pushes, I left. The Phlembotomist is pleasant and gentle. The issue is the door bell concept. In my case, the bell was not heard the first time so I rang it again 20 minutes later. This process must be improved. Doubt I will return.

Visited recently for lab work. THIS IS A NEW LOCATION and is co-located with Rose Wellness. This location is in Hunter Mill Plaza on the back side. In and out quickly. Tech was knowledgeable and pleasant. No appointment necessary. If no receptionist, read the notes on the table and ring the bell; tech will be along shortly.
