Rick and Derek McIntire completed our new roof 3/2/2023 provided the GAF Enhanced Limited Warranty and provided a 10 year warranty on work. Derek and his crew were on time, cleaned up and answered all our questions and concerns. Since then we have had high winds and rain and no problems to report. Very grateful to have this home improvement project completed at a very reasonable price.
They responded fast and the work was well done.
The technician completed the repairs same day he came out to give an estimate. Given the location, I can't inspect closely, but it looks good from the ground! Only time will reveal the durability of the work, but at this point, I would hire this contractor again.
Prompt arrival. Fixed the roof section and showed me where there was another problem and took care of it. Work was done in about 30 minutes.
They care about their customers and take great pride in their company.

Derek was very knowledgable about the products. Took the time to respond to any questions I had. My experience with Sunrise Exteriors was great! Derek was very straightforward, the workers were very hard working. They worked continuously and got the job completed in a very timely manner. Price was very reasonable, and I would definitely recommend them to my friends. My roof looks great!!! Thank you Derek and your team!!!
