Very professional. Rick did his research on our HOA requirements prior to our meeting and getting a bid. Because of the numerous angles and complexity of the roof more shingles were needed than what his bid included, but he took care of that without even mentioning it. Rick's crew arrived on time and completed the entire job within six hours and cleaned up everything.
