Hard workers and knew their roofing business. A little lapse in removing debree and should have placed tarp on my yard as it burned my grass real bad..Otherwise very good.

Missed two scheduled appointments to provide quote. Called first time to advise he would be late.....I had to call the second time. I would pass on this vendor.

Ron, sorry you had a less than satisfactory experience, I was aware of you being contacted once to rescheduled, but I was not aware of a second appointment scheduled. We work off of a company calendar and phone log through Home Advisor. I see that you initially made contact with us on Thursday September 5th at 11 o'clock AM, through Home Advisor, we reached out to you at 4 PM same day and scheduled an appointment for Friday around noon. they did a good job
Very efficient; came, did the job exactly as promised and on time; cleaned up thoroughly; responded to small additional requests from the owners. Great service.
The contractors that were hired to complete the job were professional and did a great job. They finished as scheduled and cleaned up the site. My customer experience with Sunrise staff was excellent.
Sunrise Exteriors did great work and we hired them to do another job. The most important thing outside of doing good work is that they are very communicative about when they will be able to or not be able to do the work.
