Dr. Cheng is a amazing dentist. He was quick, precise And thoughtful. If you need a dentist I would recommend Dr. Cheng.
First visit and I needed x-rays, exam and cleaning. All of the stafff were friendly, yet professional. The visit revealed I needed extra care, so a treatment plan was fully outlined andmy options were discussed. I had full understanding of my benefits for treatment and my portion. The staff are thorough and patient. What a refreshing experience!
The staff were great. The dentist explained what he was doing each step of the way and his assistant was attentive.
The title really says it all. Dr. Cheng is by far the best dentist I have had. His work ethics were outstanding and he did a fantastic job of explaining the procedures he felt are needed to correct my dental problems.
Dr. Cheng was the best dentist I have seen in my 81 years. He is the first dentist to review and explain X-rays to me, to teach me the proper way to brush with a battery-operated toothbrush, and to thoroughly explain what my teeth needed. His assistant, Terri Welch was very knowledgeable, competent, kind, and friendly. I hope I will always be able to have this pair care for my teeth. I am very fortunate to be their patient.
I akways have a great experience at Sunrise. The staff is friendly and efficient and Dr. Chang is very qualified and reassuring.
Let's start with saying I don't like to go to the dentist. I'm sure a lot of people can relate to that as well but Dr Cheng and the dental assistant Nav made the experience as good as it possibly could be. Everyone was very nice and pleasant to work with, they kept me informed of every step we were taking as we took it. I am completely happy and actually look forward to my next visit. A big thanks to Sunrise dental they are awesome.
This dental office is small, but nice. The receptionist, hygienist, and doctor were all pretty friendly. I will miss the staff at the Auburn location, however! And that awesome sky light ;)
I have went to Sunrise 4 times now. Everyone in the place is always happy and Friendly. It is clean. I Love all the new equipment in the room that helps them explain what they are doing. They get us in right away and they are good with the kids. I am happy with the work done on my teeth.
