Sunrise Dental, Dr. Cheng and his staff are very friendly, great customer service from the moment you walk in the door. Dr. Cheng is very efficient, down to earth when giving advice on how to care for your teeth. When I started there my gum measures were low, 2 & 3 range, but now taking his advice on how to keep the range around 4 & 5 my gums look and feel great. Sunrise dental. They have impressed me. Quality work, friendly, patient, they back up their work. That 's a big one for me because I have seen so many businesses not willing to back up their work. They always want more money to fix what they should have fixed the first time through. Nothing was wrong with the tooth they fixed. Always friendly and fast. Just the way I like it
I had my first appointment today and was impressed. The cleaning and exam were most thorough and I feel confident in transferring my dental care to this practice. The fee schedule helps my retirement budget but I don't feel I am giving up any bit of quality dental care. The equipment and tools are all modern and everyone I met were professional and highly skilled.
I have been through so many DDS's I've lost count, some where just plain bad or didn't want to explain why they were charging more than others. I like it here and will probably stay for quite some time, honest and up front, and they put up with my bad jokes.
I really like the Dr and his employees. Very informative, gentle and thorough. I highly recommend him.
Sunrise Dental in Maple Valley is outstanding! I have had a few really bad dental experiences dating all the way back to when I was kid. Dr. Cheng and his staff have completely restored my faith in the dental profession. They are professional and thorough without being pushy or condescending toward the train wreck that is my dental history.
