I have a chinchilla and called beforehand to make sure they take care of chinchillas since they're considered exotic. Thankfully they do (big plus). I walked in without an appointment and the staff were super friendly and quick. My chinchilla was all taken care of within an hour and the prices were very low to reasonable.
I absolutely love this place. Every time our dragon has been sick they take the best care of her. They even didn't seem to mind that I'm a crazy person when she's away from me and called to check on her multiple times. We're so glad to have been referred to this clinic and I don't see us ever switching unless we leave the Las Vegas area.

I used to go to this vet when I lived near there. They saved my cat and took great care of my animals. We've been going to another vet that's closer to our current house for years. When they wouldn't see my dog 25 minutes before they closed without a $100 emergency fee, I called Sunridge and they told me to come over. I was very impressed with how they took care of my dog. The vet did a thorough checkup and reviewed my dog's X-rays, too. I will return to Sunridge, even if it's an extra 15 minutes away.
Beware bate and switch. We went to this vet because of the low cost shots, and we found the customer service to be great. When they recommended a teeth cleaning for about $150.00 we agreed. My wife brought our dog and was told to "sigh these papers" and not to initial others because they were expensive. They never explained the costs or provided a further cost estimate. You can imagine our shock to see a bill of over $500. I have no doubt the cost could be justified, but they were not disclosed.
