Don’t believe them when they tell you the gave your pet an IV - they always have to shave a Golden’s arm to do this but my animal was charge for this service to the tune of 578.00 and I still had to find a vet to CARE For my girl. Do not make this your vet your concerns will fall on deaf ears , they will keep dog all dog run a battery of useless tests amd be happy to fox your dog again when you bring them back!!!!!!!! i called from parking lot 3:30. they placed me on a 10 min hold before I hung up and walked to door with my dog in pain from swollen paw. they all saw me standing outside the 113 degree heat. nobody came to the door. I called again and put in another ""brief" hold. 10 min. this time its 3:50. I called back and they said another hold. Iflipped. end of story, girl 10 minutes later comes to my car 4:05 PM to tell me they arw closed and if its emergency, I'd have to pay a high emergency fee for my dog to be seen. i cant believe ... read more
I have a large white Sheperd and a lot of vets I’ve gone to have immediately insisted on muzzling him. I understand it’s for the staffs safety however I am very off put by this due to all the training and hard work I have enforced on my dog. However I was recommended by many friends that he would be in great hands and that he was. I had an issue with them taking my dog and performing the shots and examination alone because of all the horrible stories you hear about the muzzling and forcing the dog just to get the job done. I was recommended to come here for my new puppy's shots. I am so glad I came every person I have dealt with are awesome w/my puppy and make you feel confident your fur baby is in good hands. I will continue to recommend other fur parents to come here.
We love this vet! We bring our king Cavalier puppy Flossy here and Dr Kay is amazing. I highly recommend this place to anyone that adores their fur baby. Top notch.
During the virus lockdown Dr C had a perfect method of seeing my Bailey. I had an appointment for 11:30. Called from my car and tech came out to take note on problem and took Bailey in. The doc phoned me in the parking lot and discussed treatment. Tech brought Bailey out with meds and invoice. A minute later the front desk called and I paid with debit. What a smooth experience! I want to thank Sunridge Animal Hospital for their customer service over the years. Especially during this pandemic. I got confused on my appointment date. I was worried I’d have to come back another day. They were so accommodating and were able to take x-rays and do my shots that my dogs needed. I appreciate them not having me leave and come back on my scheduled time. Keep up the good work!
