We’ve been using their services for over a year and have been paying cash in full every visit.The office had a mixup on a $5.00 dollar shot and didn’t charge me supposedly.The bill is now $25 and they will not work with me to reduce the payment to the original amount.It not like it’s a lot of money it the principal.I will not be using their services anymore. I highly recommend keeping all your receipts from this place.�
I always go to Dr. Ceballos. He is very companionate about animals, and takes very good care of our fur babies. I would recommend going to Sunridge Animal Hospital over any other veterinary hospitals. Dr. Ceballos is the best!!!!
My daughter took her perfectly healthy dog to board over the weekend (President’s ) 2 days! Picked her up yesterday brought her home, they told them she had blood in her urine! Took her back today to the Vet at Sunridge, doc said she had urinary trac infection from holding her pee wherever she was boarded.... REALLY????? SHE WAS BOARDED RIGHT HERE AT YOUR FACILITY🤬....WHAT A PROFESSIONAL VETENARY HOSPITAL!! and then charged them $175.00 for their negligence. Such caring people. BEWARE FOLKS👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Highly recommend. I had to take my ferret in for an emergency. He was holding on to life, and I called Sunridge and the lady at the front told me to bring him in and they can take him immediately. The vet tech took him too the back as soon as I came in, we got a room very quickly. They saved my baby!! Dr. Christien Bolden was wonderful! I want to thank the doctor, vet techs, and overnight staff!!
Dr. Rosa is the greatest! You can tell she really cares about your furry family member. Even though I've moved to the SW I still make the trip to Hendo!
We only go to this office because of Dr rosa she is awesome in every way really takes the time to explain everything that needs to be done and why always makes you feel comfortable and that you understand exactly what she's doing .. she will return your call never had to wait ..she rocks
Love this place. I have been going here for years with our pets. 6 months ago I rescued a senior lab with hip dysplasia and arthritis, knowing that our time would be limited. Today, I put my Rex down. The staff were awesome, the gave him lots of treats and chipotle while he was being prepped. Dr. Bolden was so kind and gentle. You all made it so much easier.
We went through 5 years of being told nothing was wrong with our dog. Every time we went to the vet it was 5 minute appointments. We took our dog to the vet over the Summer because we found blood in her stools and nothing was done. We took her to a different vet and we found out she had an ear infection and she has Hypothyroidism. The service lacks at this vet.
Dr. Rodriguez took amazing care of our little Bella who became suddenly ill with an infection. Bella had to have surgery and be hospitalized for a few days. The doctor was available throughout the whole ordeal for our drop in visits and phone calls. She answered every question with compassion and knowledge. We are very grateful that Bella was in such competent care!
