There billing management is HORRIBLE ... There is ALWAYS a disconnect between Sunnyside and your Insurance. And the Patient is required to make calls to the Insurance company when Sunnyside fails to do so. Simple calls to the Insurance company.

Never heard from this office during COVID-19 stay at home order and I had an appointment scheduled for a cleaning. No updates on how the office would be responding to set appointments. They finally emailed me today to remind me it is time for a cleaning but I could not get in until September. The staff was very professional. Answered all my questions thoroughly about my treatment plan. Had what my out of pocket expenses would be spelled out before I left. Also was very knowledgeable about my dental plan. Highly recommend!
