Great food breakfast, lunch and dinner!!!!!

So disappointed with our service last night. My husband did not even get to eat with the rest of us. After saying he had the wrong meal they took it away without a single word. Had we of known he would not get his meal until we were done eating he could of just ate what they chose for him. Not even an apology.
Ordered classic street tacos to go from the Downtown location. Got back to the office to eat and there is a blonde/light brown hair in my food. Tried calling their location to try to get a refund as my lunch break is now over, but their phone seems to be off the hook. Sent an email. I understand things happen by accident, but I wont be eating here anymore.
I would give this 3 stars. Our food was definitely good, but it was not worth the hour wait that we experienced. Normally, I would understand if things are busy but not once did out waitress check in to give us an estimate of when our food would be ready and when we asked, we were quickly greeted by the manager who did nothing but tell us our ticket was "up next." We then waited almost 20 more minutes for our food to arrive. Very disappointing service.
RecommendedGreat stuff! The Sundance Omelet far exceeded my expectations. The Bloody Marys appeared to be a meal in itself. Thanks for the great service too.
Oh my!! As parents of two young girls (3 & 1.5) going out to eat is very stressful. Even more stressful when we are in a strange town and just had a long day of driving around on Christmas! Today, We stopped at Sundance Grill before what was going to be another long night with our girls; a funeral and a long drive back to Cleveland, OH. Alexis was our server. She was absolutely amazing.
