28th Street location never a problem. Downtown ALWAYS a problem.

We were there Friday May 17,2019!Only like a couple people at a table.We sat at the bar!No one even said hello.After a couple of minutes a waitress looked over and still no hello or anything!No bartender to be found.Absolutely horrible to have this kind of workers that can’t at least greet someone!Good luck!Horrible service!Or no service at all!!!!
We decided to go to Sundance Grill & Bar because we were told they had a good Bloody Mary. It was pretty busy and our server seemed a little flustered, but she was really nice throughout our whole experience. The BLT Bloody Mary was amazing and so was the breakfast quesadilla. What really put the cherry on top was that they were so child friendly. Along with the standard kids menu and crayons, they gave my daughter a bag of cinnamon scooby snacks <3
Great place have been here a few times food is alway good
Food was cold (after I asked specifically requested hot food) and service was horrible! Waitresses stood around talking and ignoring us. Disappointed to say the least.
arrived at 12:07 half full on a Sunday. Food came out at 12:57. To long for food to come out food was ok.
when you work in customer service setting like this where a happy customer is the source of your paycheck I would think customer service would be much better! This establishment needs a crash course on how to properly take care of your customer, and could truly benefit from new management, and an experienced cook, I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone!
Food is great & so are the bloody Mary’s
