Food delicious!! Great atmosphere, great service!!! The manager Nick went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience!! This was a wonderful way to finish up our trip to Grand Rapids!!!

the service was extremely horrible today I stopped in there for the first time to have breakfast. I won't be returning for along while.
We were seated straight away which was nice but then it took 10 minutes for us to get our drinks, (we were 2 of 4 people in the restaurant). Finally got served AFTER I said something then our food was okay but definitely NOT worth the $50 spent. To top it off it was slow wait time from food being cooked to being brought to the table not ONCE did we get offered a refill... Completely dissatisfying! Will not go back, will not recommend.
Went in on Sunday for lunch, three of us - ordered french toast, chicken wings, and tortilla soup, respectively. Not only did it take almost 40mins for our order to come, but when it did everything but the soup was cold to the touch. like it had been sitting for a while. The soup was good though. Man, this place has gone downhill. Wonderful waiter but all the food came out cold. One of our orders came out completely wrong and the lady who brought it (I think she may have been the manager or something. She was definitely an authority figure) didn’t seem to believe that we ordered something different and tried to convince us that this was better anyway. We won’t be returning.

28th Street location never a problem. Downtown ALWAYS a problem.
