Was down for a month due to bad inverter, was told several fix it dates and they missed all but the last one. Very poor communications and poor customer relations. They dropped the ball for this customer.

They treat their employees bad here, management has an abusive and harassing way of treating the people who work for them. I've known a couple people who all say the same.

Initially my experience with this company was great, but once the install finally took place (after months of delays) we started realizing that we were not getting what we were led to believe we purchased. 1. We were told that we would be paid back at full retail value what we put into the grid. This is untrue. We are paid back at wholesale, which is only 10% of what you pay for it. As a Sun Solar customer, I am extremely disappointed!!! Our system has been in the process of being installed since May and still has not been completed. There is still no knowledge of when it will be completed and it seems no one knows what's going on. When we did our consultation for possible purchasing of the system, our sales person said we would not receive a bill until after 18 months and everything is installed. I'm one year in and no problems. I one of the smallest arrays (21 panels) and it's saved me about $1000 this year in electric.

We have had a very poor customer experience with Sun Solar. Everyone at the company that we have had to deal with; from salesperson Earl, to his supervisor, to the "office girls", to the "engineers drawing the plans"; was very misguided, contradicted each other, made commitments and didn't follow through, wouldn't return calls, etc. everything we questioned was always "someone else's area" and they would "call us back". We had to do personal follow-ups weekly, if not more, because the lack of movement and information on our ... read more

I wrote a review earlier on this company that was not favorable at all. Stating basically that I was still paying electric bills and I was not happy and be careful dealing with this company. I was contacted by Mo Sun Solar. They came out and checked my system. 1/3 of my Solar panels where off line and not producing. This evidently was this way from day one the Solar system came on line.
