Good service good installers. Our bill over the summer was $13 per month and no more. We had $160.44 credit. My last bill for December was $47.14 and my credit is gone. I'm hoping we don't get a large bill for January... Sometime during the summer a tech came out to make an adjustment to the system because the meter wasn't working correctly. I hope there is not a problem with the bill being so much higher. Empire has not responded to me.

To start the salesman is great until you buy, then good luck reaching them. The customer service is awesome until you get the panels then once again its time to avoid us. We have been promised callbacks that never happen. Its been almost two months since we went live with our panels and we still can't get online to monitor our usage since no one ever set it up or showed us how to use it. We were misled on the tax credit and our monthly solar payment. We were also sold a system that should generate 6.89 kwh but has never come... read more
