I rate John Sun poorly for three reasons. First, he has no bedside manner at all. He has been not just curt, but impolite. Second, with a problem for nearly a year, it has been only possible to get three appointments for diagnosis. For one of those, his office failed to schedule. His offer to have me wait an extra two hours cost me the entire afternoon. Third, apparently owns his endoscopy facility, thus profiting from my prescription in two ways. I believe that is a conflict of interest.
Dr. Sun is very personable and reassuring. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a GI dr.
Kind, attentive and personable. No reason at all not to consider Dr. Sun if you need gastroent.... ok stomach related care.
