I was misled into choosing this dentist because of numerous positive reviews. She performed a root canal procedure that I learnt after wasn’t even necessary, just so she could earn more $. After switching to a new dentist, I discovered that the crown she placed was poorly done—it wasn’t properly attached to my original tooth, which could lead to bacteria buildup or food getting trapped. I had been dealing with severe tooth pain from a ruptured/infected tooth for a few days, but I was in the middle of a move and was trying to power through. I finally hit my breaking point on Saturday morning and left a message a little before 9am. Dr. Annie returned my call within minutes and had me come in for 10am. She was done with the extraction and had already ordered prescriptions for me in about 45 minutes. The process was minimally painful. A+++++++ experience!
Dr. Annie saw us on very short notice and was so kind and gentle with my 9 year old. I am incredibly grateful to have found her, and my wife and I are both regular patients now.
