My son has been a patient since birth and I'm shocked there are any negative reviews at all. Sun country has the best doctors and staff, always a pleasure coming here, and I simply wouldn't take my son anywhere else.

It's takes a lot for me to write a negative review but after today, I'm irritated beyond words. The office is always kept clean, the staff here is very friendly and the doctors provide great care (when you can get ahold of them) My issue is 9 times out of 10 they don't answer the phones and my messages are never returned. It's extremely unprofessional and frustrating, and when discussed with personnel, it's always "we're really busy". The doctors and staff are amazing. I have never seen so much sacrifice, work ethic and compassion put into a job that they do everyday, even on weekends, early mornings and late nights, and even middle of the night. The amount of growth over the years proves that the doctors and staff are well liked and loved.

We take my daughter there and the staff and doctors have been nothing but amazing with us as first time parents and our daughter. I would definitely recommend Sun Country pediatrics! There is a wait sometimes because their office has expanded, but I'd rather have the wait to have my daughter see the best pediatricians than go somewhere else. Dr Griffen is great and cares so much about all of his patients. ❤️
