Quality of care was amazing when first opened... This past year it has drastically gone downhill. I'm sure this is in part to the increase in patient load, but the providers don't take their time, don't take the extra step in determining what could be the health issue as they used to, and count your lucky stars if your emergency call is answered or returned.
