You will wait for hours to been seen here.. rude staff.. the waiting room is extremely small.. they never faxed out paper work that was supposed to be faxed out for my son to have surgery.. they couldn’t find my sons last appointment in the computer where he got his shots so now he is going to have to get his vaccinations again.. you will NEVER see the same pediatrician when you go in there, it’s always someone different.. they don’t have a separate waiting room for sick kids so be prepared for your kids to be exposed to sic... read more
RecommendedI guess I don’t understand the point of being open until 8 pm and on Saturday if they are going to charge an extra $25 convenience fee to people. But I guess it depends on your insurance according to the billing department anyway. Guess blue cross isn’t good enough
We 100% love dr griffen and his staff! The girls are very friendly and have always been amazingly helpful! I’d never go to anyone else.
Both my boys go to Dr. Griffen and I wouldn’t have it any other way! He always listens to my concerns and questions and has always taken his time when seeing my boys.
Doctors are fantastic but their billing department is the worst. I have had to call after every visit because they consistently bill incorrectly and then when they send bills to me for my younger son they send them to my older son to pay. I have called and discussed this with them on numerous occasions and they still can’t get it right. Switching pediatricians for my kids solely for this reason because I am tired of wasting my time to tell their billing people how to do their jobs correctly.
Just wanted to say big thank you for being able to get my daughter in the very last minute. You helped ease this mom’s mind! 😊
Dr. Griffin, Dr. Turner and Ester are wonderful doctors and help ease all your fears tremendously (especially for being a first time mom). All of the nurses are absolutely wonderful and are so sweet with your kids. I wouldn't want to bring my daughter anywhere else. They always make you feel comfortable and welcome
