this office staff providers are absolutely amazing
We’ve been seeing Dr. Griffen since the beginning (4years ago, with both of my children). He’s such a great doctor, he’s very attentive, great listener, practical, and real. And with Pam along his side, makes everything all the better! She’s great with my kids and they love her! She’s the only one I let, give my children shots. I would recommend anyone with children, to make Sun Country Pediatrics their family doctor.
If you have any concerns about vaccines take your child else where. it doesn't matter if you have a medical exemption or religious exemption they either A) will not see your child or B) give your child the vaccine anyways according to another review that was posted in March of 2019. Pam (the office manager) called me on Friday 2/14/2020 and spoke to me in a very loud, rude, disrespectful tone that if I wouldn't get my son vaccinated when I brought him on Monday 2/17/2020 that I might as well not bring him at all. I absolutely love Dr Griffen and his office staff... Dr Griffen truly takes his time to find the right diagnosis, give advice, and listen to your questions. He does all of this with patience and kindness. You really feel as if he genuinely cares for your children and their well-being. I would highly recommend this office. It truly isn’t just the physician that is great, it’s the entire staff.
My son comes to see miss Stacy and loves her. It was hard finding a doctor and once I found this place I won’t go anywhere else! I am very disappointed however with as many sick kids that come in here especially NOW with the viruses they have NO MASKS! Very shocked about this. It’s uncalled for. Even my office I work at has masks.
So we just had our first visit and I'm pretty happy with our experience. Everyone was sweet, patient, and reassuring. We were nervous having to switch doctors at 18months, my daughter doesn't do very well with new people getting too close and everyone took little breaks to make her smile and giggle when she got too upset. The waiting room isn't set up very well and is pretty cramped, but the patience with my daughter kinda makes up for it
showed up about 9:30 when my appointment was 9:45... 4 people who showed up after me got Called ahead of me... when I go back to the doctor she talks to me for all of thirty seconds ignores everything that I have to say doesn't want to hear any questions that I try to ask and says my kid is fine I can go home... Obviously they're just pumping as many people through there as they can to collect insurance money...
They are absolutely wonderful. Especially Ms. Esther. I am always happy & my child is taken care of.
