Beyond disappointed. When I hired Susy, we discussed a photographer and a nice presentation for my home. When we looked over the contract, I asked about the $500 cancellation fee and she said it was to pay for the photographer and marketing material. It has been 9 days since she listed my home with pictures she took on her cell phone. The presentation is terrible and not a single person has called about the property.
