Pros: Quiet, scenic, clean, safe, pool, gyms, tan beds, well maintained. Cons: 1 tiny a/c and NO ceiling fans for such a large suite. No circulation in any bedroom as a result unless you purchase your own.
Absolutely LOVE living here. Everyone has been so nice to us. Had the furnace on our townhouse unit go out just before midnight last night, and the head of maintenance, Scott, was out in 20 minutes to help. Great place. The office/clubhouse staff have always been so nice and a lot of fun. Dani and Sara are great! Miss Amber, though. She's one of the reasons I chose Summit. Definitely give this place a chance.
This is my 4th year in the Summit Ridge building since it was built. My favorite parts of living here are the convenient location being close to school, work, and plenty of fun and exciting things the Twin Ports have to offer! The management is always very helpful and the amenities are great for relaxing and having a good time with friends. It's a great place to live and very quickly starts to feel like home. I highly recommend coming to check it out at least!
The apartments are nice and it is very convenient to have internet and cable included in the rent. On the down side the sidewalks and pqrking lots were never cleared in the morning when we needed to get to work. The receivers for the cable were down for a few weeks. I don't know why they don't have a private company take care of the grounds keeping. The caretakers were argueing while they were shoveling right outside my bedroom window at 6am.
