Worst management team in Duluth by far. I've had packages lost, been charged for undamaged keys, and they can't seem to figure out how to turn the heat on or give me any information about when it'll be fixed (while in -30 degree weather, mind you). Save yourself a nightmare and try somewhere else.
I've only been here over2 months, but am pleased with everything. The staff have gone out of their way to help me. Snow has been taken care of promptly, I used the community room and,again everything was awesome. Keep up the good work!
I absolutely loved living here when I was in college at UMD. I didn't feel like I lived in college housing at all! Shuttle was amazing, no fighting parking on campus and dropped off right at the door! I've been telling everyone to look into it even after I've graduated and moved back home.
This is the worst managed apartment complex in Duluth!! We have been waiting in line for OVER 2 hours to get checked in and get keys. When we finally do get our number called, we'll have to wait in not one but two different lines. One to pay and sign final papers and the second line they'll give us the keys. This is so stupid!! How can management be so ignorant to have so few people working on the final day to pay rent and the first day to move in. Get with the program people!!
