RecommendedAs we live here, my fiancé, kids, and I enjoy everything about where we are. Our gym, the pool, hot tub, pool table, community room, and staff. It makes you feel at home. Ban kids and allow pets. The daily running and yelling in the hallway is much more irritating than any animal noise.
I have been living here since the place opened up. The staff and management are very wonderful to me.
Living at Boulder Ridge apartments was the worst experience I have had at an apartment complex and I have been living in apartments since I was 18. I am 25 now. With the exception of Vikki who was very accommodating and professional, the management was absolutely disrespectful in many occurances and dealt with situations in a terrible manner. The property manager here, Lisa Knutson, is wonderful. She was so helpful and understanding with my move in when I had to be out of my other place. Patrick Longtin, the maintenance supervisor, is also fantastic. You can tell he really knows his stuff and was at my door to help with a key issue immediately. I love living at Summit Ridge. The facilities are very clean and the workout center and pool are easy to access with decent open hours. I also use the school shuttle every day and it is always on time with good pick up and drop off locations. The drivers brighten my day! The cafe is another added bonus and is great for studying.
The apartment and amenities are wonderful. I haven't had any issues with the management either. The only thing that isn't ideal is the parking. It's very limited for tenants and guests have to park very far away. Overall, it's a good place to live.
