Waited 3 months for an appointment. They never asked my insurance, but my referring doctor knows what I have. Get here and they dont take my insurance and REFUSE to work out a payment plan. Check to make sure they take your insurance BEFORE waiting 3 months for an appointment. If I had known, I would have found someone in network. Awful.
Totally positive experience. Smiles and hugs all around. I had a large skin cancer removed that involved flaps and sewing my eyelid shut. Now you would have a hard time seeing any deficits. Yay Team Ricciardelli!!

My 83 year old Mom had a procedure yesterday. We got there early and were taken before our appointment time. My Mom is blind and everyone was so understanding and helpful. Dr. Braza called us that evening to be sure everything was OK. I can't think of a single thing they could have done better.
