Has gotten too big. Started with group when in summit. Now can't even get to see your own doctor unless you wait at least one onto or more. Really has gotten out of control, quality of care down rushed in and out.
Well I see all the negative reviews and it concerns me because I have been seeing a Dr. in Berkley Heights for going on three years now. I travel from the Shore to see him. From the beginning I am nothing but amazed at how well I am treated by all...from the valet right to the Doctor himself. It's a well oiled machine that treats you like a human being. Bravo Summit Medical Group.
When you finally get to talk to someone, the care is acceptable, but contacting people and leaving messages is ridiculously difficult. I have been trying all day to get thru to someone's direct dial (to update information on a patient, at your request). No answer and no way to leave a message on the direct dial number. Leaving a message with the main number gets a return call 24 hrs or more later. You are doing yourselves a huge disservice (not to mention your patients).
This is the way medicine should be done. Professionally, efficiently, thoroughly and with a smile.
