Just love everyone at summit medical group. Dr Mirsky did my full knee replacement surgery. He is the best. Always smiling. Yesterday I found out I need the other knee done and me being 53 that is depressing to say the least. I live 5 min from St. Peter's and RWJ and I wouldn't go any ware else to get the surgery done but overlook with dr Mirsky he did a fabulous job on my first knee replacement it has not even been a whole year and it's looks great. Very pleased thank you dr Mirsky and you wonderful staff.
3 appointments with 3 amazing doctors yesterday...Dr. Nitzberg, Surgeon, Michael Cisko, Cardiology, and Dr. Reikes, Nephrology. Love these doctors. They listen because they care.
Let me start by saying I love all of my doctors at SMG. Yesterday I had blood work done in the morning, for my physical that's coming up this week. The lady that did that was terrific. In the afternoon I had my thyroid ultrasound done. I've been getting these done since 2001, when I had thyroid cancer and half of my thyroid was removed. Yesterday's tech was not friendly and was very ruff with the probe. She kept spinning it, very hard, while doing the scan. I have never felt so uncomfortable having a thyroid ultrasound done.
A group filled with physicians specializing in all types of medicine. The doctors actually consult with each other and with permission share all medical records and notes. That saves a ton of repeated form filling and repeated questions, so the patient and physician can talk about what is going on today.
The billing department can't seem to get their paperwork in order. Being billed for their incompetence and then they have the audacity to send it to collections without notifying me.
Decided to try SMG again after a switch in health insurances. Made appointment months in advance for 11:30 at the Berkeley heights location to see dr gibbons. It's 12:08 and I'm still sitting in the waiting room. I'm not laming the doctors. I'm blaming the business. This is a waste of time and I will be bringing my business elsewhere.
