You guys make going to the dentist as pleasurable as possible. Thank you for that.
Since I do not have dental insurance, I would like to see you provide a discount for patients who pay at the time of service, the way my husband's dental office does. It only seems fair, since if I had insurance, you would receive considerably less for each procedure than I have to pay. Thank you.
Kid friendly toothpaste in the kids drawer for their goodie bag. The mint kind is too "spicy" for my kiddos still.

I was told my balance and asked if I wanted to pay it. I would like to be offered an explanation of what is left after insurance pays, meaning, what contractually was written off by the clinic and why I still owed what I do. I understand I am responsible for the difference but would appreciate knowing, your insurance paid...our office absorbed....leaving you with this balance.

My last appointment a procedure was done that was not covered by insurance due to the fact that it was last performed w/in the last year. Would be nice to only do the routine procedures when coverage will occur.
