no shots, gentle but firm and grreat folks you have to love Jeannie..great laughs, firm but kind, teeth clean and always all great foks...but hopefully in next six month visit we won't have to checck my gums....visual check instead of using the pic....just funning

The service is professional and atmosphere friendly. After more than 30 years with Summit, I have good teeth at age 72, proof the service is excellent.
Lindsay is WONDERFUL. A good friend. She always remembers past conversations about my kids and grandkids. You are very lucky to have her and a great team of ladies up front as well. I am a 30 plus year patient.
When I walked in, all 4 people at the front desk were on the phone so I waited. That's fine -- except it would have been nice if the woman directly in front of the door would have looked up and smiled at me just to acknowledge I was there. She was off the phone very quickly and was pleasant.
As always, things went smoothly and professionally and with humor.
