The O.H. came out to meet me 15 min. after my appointmt. She scratched my lip and punctured my gum while cleaning. I had to stop her and tell her she was being rough. My cheek is still swollen around the gum she punctured. She calmed down after I talked to her, but I do not want her for me or for my family in the future.

Everything went great! This was my first visit in over 10 years so I was a little jittery. My Hygienist was friendly and did an awesome job at making me feel as comfortable as she could. I'm very gracious the staff is working around to get me in, in such short notice!
