From the time you walk into their office until the time you leave you are met by smiling, cheerful staff. My hygienist and dentist spend time with me to understand my concerns and explain things to me. I highly recommend Summit Dental.

This was my 2 year old's first dental appointment and it went great! Erin & Dr. Mooney were so great with my daughter--she had a fun experience which is exactly how we want it!

I had to wait over 15 minutes between my cleaning and my exam by the dentist. I wanted to tell my hygienist that I had to leave and my exam could wait until my next appointment, but she had left the area. She was gone for over 10 minutes. Consequently I was late to work.

Arrival protocal Greeter on phone when I arrived, not sure what to do in that case. Wait until she is off the phone to announce myself? or sign in?
