It was all good, excellent, really.
The entire staff, including Dr. Brad, was incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. I felt at ease and was so happy to find a dental office close to home. I think it was the most thorough exam I've had in years.
The hygienist, Kathy, was very nice, but I feel she was very rough in her technique. Two days out and it still hurts to chew. In my 64 years, I've never experienced that issue. Frankly, she exerts far too much pressure with the tools and I don't considered myself to have a low pain threshold. I will be calling to see if there is an alternative hygienist that I could book my next appointment with. I have not met dental hygienist yet and thorough cleaning is parmount.
Everyone was welcoming and clearly focused on making sure the patient felt comfortable and informed. Brad's "bedside" manner was excellent and very important in creating a good experience.
