Dr. Hagedorn is the ultimate professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and proficient in his delivery of care. His technique is gentle yet purposeful, his explanations are easily understood and his timeframes for treatment are accurate. His staff are professional, courteous and interact well with anxious patients as well as those who are calm in their demeanor. The office space is immaculate and kept to high standards. I have recommended and will continue to recommend him and his staff to anyone.
I met the new hygenist Tiffany. She was very nice and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth.

We have always had good experiences with Summit. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. You can tell they like their jobs and are committed to the patient feeling satisfied with their dental care.

Wouldn't change a thing - staff always gracious and friendly and helpful, and pleased to see me. Fees are high, but really top-notch dental care is worth paying for; I know - I've had to deal with the alternative more than once, and paid for it with unnecessary removal of a tooth, so Summit Dental's and Brad Hagedorn's version of dental care is much to be preferred! I recommend them to my friends who are looking for a dentist.
Cocktails in the waiting room would make me feel more comfortable, but don't change anything else.
