The staff is so friendly, which makes going to the dentist much nicer. Dr Hagedorn is professional yet easy to talk to. The entire experience is positive from the welcome from Marni at the front desk, to the hygienists who make you feel comfortable. We're so glad that we chose Summit Dental.
The staff is very friendly, I enjoyed meeting them. I had not seen the digital x-rays done before, so that was new. I liked that, and Julie was kind enough to address my concerns about which teeth were being scanned. Dr Hagedorn was very thorough in his exam, and took time to talk to me. My cleaning was a challenge, shall we say? Casey did a great job, but my memory must not be foggy about the water method, as I wasn't great at keeping the drain in place while she cleaned, so we had to revert back to the hand tools, which I ... read more
