Always the best professional service !
Dr. Hagedorn and his staff are not only professional but welcoming. They all put you at ease immediately. Marnie, is the first person you meet and she greets you with a wonderful smile and a great personality. There is never a wait, and if there is, the waiting room is bright and pleasant. It makes going to the dentist a good experience.
Wonderful dental care! Dr. Hagedorn and team were very kind and also timely. I appreciate them taking the time with me to discuss my dental care plan and options- it's nice when a provider gives you choices and explains cost variance and effectiveness etc. marni the front office admin is lovely too- she was very helpful in making certain i had all the info needed to hit the ground running. I would recommend to anyone in the area- dental care doesn't have to be scary, it's about finding a great dentist! ;)
A very personable and professional dentist and staff. I never have to wait, which has been nice. Appreciate that only what truly needs to be done is recommended and is honest about the options. Also, Dr Hagedorn gave a superb referral to an oral surgeon when that was needed. Highly recommend this office!
The staff was very friendly and prompt.
Once again the team at Summit Dental provided a great experience! They're always efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. It may sound odd but they make "going to the dentist" and experience that you don't have to dread!
The entire staff at Summit Dental provides excellent care for their patients. Not only are their professional dental related skills of the highest caliber, they also genuinely care about their patients.
I can't say I love going to the dentist but, Summit Dental always makes my visits enjoyable. Always prompt, friendly and great dental care my visits are like seeing old friends each time I go. I trust the care I have always received from them and feel my teeth are in great shape (ok for someone my age)....still, I have recommended Dr Brad and Summit Dental to others and will continue doing so.
I haven't had it to long,but I really very happy with the service. 1
