Purchased a 2008 Chevy Tahoe March 21st, my husband contacted Summit on March 22nd for a noise in the rear end and parking break not working (should have failed NY state inspection for this), were told we could not bring the car in to service until the following Tuesday (we hadn't even had the car 48 hours), dropped the vehicle off Monday 3/26 and it is still supposedly waiting for parts to fix the parking break so that they can diagnose the cause of the noise in the rear.
