Our sales person was great. However we noticed a knock in the vehicle and we were assured that it was looked over by the service team. Shorty later it's in the shop with numerous problems. The service team is horrible. There is NO communication what so ever. Joe is rude. I have never met someone who could treat us the way he did. Hanging up on us when we call, which was not often and we were polite every time. Hi Maranda, When you raised your concern about your vehicle we made sure to do a thorough check and found a couple other issues. Since it was under warranty, we had to contact the warranty office about fixing your vehicle. Because of the dollar amount, they wished to send an adjuster to examine the vehicle themselves. Working with this adjuster can take time and slows down the process. Once we were greenlit by the warranty office, we had to wait for the parts to arrive.
