Complete waste of my time, their website trade estimator said 18,000 I get there and I'm offered 12,000 , after talking to a salesman on the phone confirming the 18k estimate. Now I understand that is an estimate but 6k difference... come on. The 2011 suburban I was interested in (which I was told had a couple minor imperfections) had rust and rot on it, dent in the rear bumper and a service park assist light on not to mention it was dirty and wheels were covered in brake dust. Couldn't be more disappointed, supposedly fixed my leaking roof in a 2016 Tahoe only for it to be leaking again. Get the run around and told to call body shop who can't get it in until the end of the month. So much for excellent customer service.

I purchased my 2012 Kia Soul from them this week. This is by far the best and easiest car buying experience I've had in my life! I didn't feel pressure to buy, even though I did. Everyone there was great! Professional, but friendly. I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family.
