I leased a 2018 Traverse in December. The sale was exceptionally easy, painless and I would give a 5. However I took it in last Wednesday 5/16 because it was blowing hot air and not air conditioning. I was told not to expect it back that day, ok whatever I was given a loaner. I did not expect it would take 4 days to fix, its a brand new vehicle. The communication was terrible , my husband kept checking to see the process. I was told the Freon was delivered to the wrong shop and I could pick up my car for the weekend if I wan... read more
