We froze our membership due to my surgery and my husbands recently discovered heart problem- however, they keep charging me the personal trainer fee, both our membership fees, and a freeze fee. (So roughly 300$ a month ALTHOUGH we've been in TWICE to remind them we've froze the account) the staff was extemely rude to us and seemed to not understand why someone with a HEART PROBLEM at 26 would want to freeze their account until we find out more about how serious it is- from our current paperwork it's serious.
