Representative was very rude. Needed to cancel membership due to decrease in finances because of a divorce and $43 a month for a gym membership that I am no longer using was not feesable. They require you to either provide proof of moving out of state or provide proof of medical condition. BEWARE. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
If i could put a zero for a star I would. This place is the equivalent to sugar free gummy bears. Just horrible, a dumpster fire of a gym. Their staff were uninviting I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN.
Sterling is probably an OLD miserable peson!! I have been working out as long as I can remmber, Summit is outstanding in every way!! Five stars!

Based on the rudeness of the general manager and the owners total lack of interest in the customer, I must give a rating on 1 star. Being treated poorly at a place where you are a long time paying member is unacceptable. Do not recommend.
Club rules only seem to apply to certain members. When you to to contact owner to find out why you were singled out for enforcement when the person standing 10 feet away was not, owner will not speak to you. General Manager is horribly rude.
Have been going to summit pool for 4 years now. Over the last year the indoor pool has turned into something that looks like a assisted living facility. Angry old people stare at you, act like they own it, and make snide remarks. Guess what old people? I hate waiting for you on the roads, I hate waiting for you in stores, I hate waiting for you in restaurants. Your angry, slow and crappy drivers! All of you make St. George a crappy place to live! i have been going to the summit athletic club for about a month now taking Lori's Health Posture class. I really enjoy it . The class has has helped with my lower back pain and I also enjoy the sauna. I am glad to see different age groups ( I am 66) and it nice not to be the only man in the class. Thanks Lori
We froze our membership due to my surgery and my husbands recently discovered heart problem- however, they keep charging me the personal trainer fee, both our membership fees, and a freeze fee. (So roughly 300$ a month ALTHOUGH we've been in TWICE to remind them we've froze the account) the staff was extemely rude to us and seemed to not understand why someone with a HEART PROBLEM at 26 would want to freeze their account until we find out more about how serious it is- from our current paperwork it's serious.
