Totally irresponsible and inconsiderate about his patients time. Shows up when he wants. The place opens at 11:30. It is 2:30, the wait room is full, he still isn't here and his assistants don't know what time he will be here. Yes, it's cheaper, but you pay with your time. Expect to be here for 4 hours plus with zero transparency over when you are going to seen.
I've been calling for 3 days now. All I get is a answering machine and a mailbox is full so I can't even leave a message.
I went Dr Triana for ear cropping. Not only did he allow me to stay for the procedure but he allowed me the choice to draw the markings of how close I wanted the crop. Although I chose not too, I must say that he made it a beautiful experience for me the friends a brought with me as well as my dog. He is an amazing man/veterinarian. I'll stay with him until he retires. From our kennel to your clinic We love you Dr Triana.
The wait is terrible but I had to understand life threatening emergencies are a priority it's just �� Everytime I go it's an emergency for 4hrs but got dam Carlos do nice ass work sooooo people's the wait is real ��
The wait is ruff but hands down the best. Did an amazing job on our baby girl Raja! The crop was perfect and staff was very good.
