It was my first time here ans even though the staff looks like they don't like their job Dr. Carlos is very humble and loves his duties. I took both my rotties and they were ok. I waited 4 hrs to be seen
I had a Chihuahua that was sick pretty much dying from Liver failure he was just 6 months old other doctors would of taken advantage of me and charge me so much money that I did not have just to keep my dog alive Carlos just saw a puppy that needed his help because of Carlos my dog lived for 2 1/2 years before his sickness took him..now I have a new family member and I'm taking her here it's worth the wait if you want a good vet...
Why do people act like his wait times are ok? If your dog hasn't eaten or drank in hour because it might need surgery, and its in the office dry heaving, that's not ok. So how can he care so much about you dog? And about the wait times. I've been there twice and was 4th in line and still waited over 5 hrs. There is always an emergency c-section or something. Why don't he get help for the smaller jobs or something damn?!
Among all of the vets we've been to, by far Dr. Triana is the best. Very caring, very dedicated, very knowledgeable and an all-around genuinely good man. But....one thing that MUST be changed....is the office's totally lacking of a way to notify customers on days when the office is closed. This could be accomplished VERY easily be activating an out-of-office message on their voice mail system. Most of the time, you get bounced into voice mail even when the office is open. Best way to sum up this place is everything revolves around Dr. Carlos. Most of the staff is ok, some useless, but you can tell a few of them just don't care. He himself is hands down one of the best around, not just a great guy but a guy who will give you most honest opinion and will never bang you over the head for money or give you unnecessary treatment. Awesome Doctor & Staff. Yes we had a long wait but Dr Carlos was worth the wait. Our dog was in Heart failure and had a mass on his heart. Unfortunately he needed to be put down. Dr Carlos was so compassionate to me and my husband and my dog. I will definitely go to him for my other dogs needs.
He's a excellent Doctor works with people isn't out to get you for your pockets he really cares about your animal he's always has a packed office but is worth waiting for I would recommend him to everyone he's such a great doctor people travel from different states for him that says a lot !!!
