Ive been calling for 2 days already. I left a message for the vet to call back with the receptionist i think, Still waiting. I call back nothing but the answering machine. I hear great things about them, but customer service so far. No bueno
This clinic is a joke.The worse ever.Cheaper but a mess and with a very horrible rude and miserable secretary.

Was referred to Dr. Carlos from a friend in Brooklyn who recommended him. I have taken my dogs there for the past 2 years, a C-section for my Mya who had 2 beautiful puppies thanks to Dr. Carlos. She received such gentle care from a knowledgeable doctor. I recommended him to my son who took his dog there and also likes the tender care his dog received.
