I do not recommend this hospital or ER to anybody I was in and out in 30 minutes because they legally had to I went back and they had call lights going off left and right and people sitting at the desk on their phone they didn’t do a damn thing and offered me pain pills which I said no to and they told me they couldn’t do anything for me if I wouldn’t take the pain pills and sent me on my way

i came here thinking this place would be better than braxton but it’s honestly just as bad. i came in there yesterday cause i couldn’t swallow (still barely can). was put in a room immediately and the nurse ‘taking care’ of me ignored my calls for help and even signed out of her shift without my knowledge so i was left in a room for 3 hours without seeing no one. i was told by two other nurse they had forgotten i was there so i signed an ama and left. your er nurses are a joke

I do not recommend this medical center. My dad had symptoms of a stroke and was diagnosed with an ear infection. After many doctor visits and a month of waiting, it was confirmed that he did have a stroke. It’s possible that the scans didn’t pick up on it. However, I feel there could’ve been a solution quicker than 4+ weeks. I have also had issues with this ER as well as the paramedics/unprofessional attitudes.
