i came here thinking this place would be better than braxton but it’s honestly just as bad. i came in there yesterday cause i couldn’t swallow (still barely can). was put in a room immediately and the nurse ‘taking care’ of me ignored my calls for help and even signed out of her shift without my knowledge so i was left in a room for 3 hours without seeing no one. i was told by two other nurse they had forgotten i was there so i signed an ama and left. your er nurses are a joke

I do not recommend this medical center. My dad had symptoms of a stroke and was diagnosed with an ear infection. After many doctor visits and a month of waiting, it was confirmed that he did have a stroke. It’s possible that the scans didn’t pick up on it. However, I feel there could’ve been a solution quicker than 4+ weeks. I have also had issues with this ER as well as the paramedics/unprofessional attitudes. Trust the reviews and go somewhere else they'll have you waiting hours to bill your insurance extra and take your concerns so lightly it borderlines medical negligence. The room i had had zero antibacterial cover on the medical chair ,the place was pretty filthy. And i overheard some employees complaining about working there, i wonder why, they seem unorganized and rude altogether
