EDIT: I do want to say that the new manager, Kellie, really helped get everything straightened out as soon as she stepped in to take over. I was hesitant about leaving a review. I moved in July 1st and have had nothing but pleasant experiences at Summermill. That was until 2 weeks ago. I have had to complain about my upstairs neighbor everyday and nothing seems to have worked. I'm pretty sure I live below a herd of elephants. It makes it hard for me to work from home because I'm not able to hear in my headset when they walk across the floor. I don't expect there to not be any noise but this is ridiculous.
