I have lived here nearly two years and have never been happier. My apartment is perfect for me, my neighbors are nice, the office and maintenance staff are top notch and the grounds are well kept.
We have lived here since 2014. We love the unit, the neighbors, the location, and the fact that we have elevators. It is a great place to live, and I would recommend it to anyone.
Such a good location and beautiful units! Love the layout of my apartment. No issues with staff; they are very responsive and supportive. Great gym. I enjoy having the parcel locker.
I do not recommend summermill. Lived in multiple of there units and ALL had mold at one time or another.
We just moved in a few months ago and I just love my apartment at Summermill. The location is amazing - right in the middle of everything but has the feel of being away from it all. The floor plan and layout are wonderful. The grounds are homey and there are alot of trees. It is a quiet and very comfortable place to live. All the staff has been great and a special Thanks to Rachel for all she has done for us. It doesn't feel like an apartment at all - it is Home!
My fiancee and I just moved to the Triangle from South Dakota. Summermill made it super easy to apply, sign, and move into our new Apartment. I'm looking forward to our time here.
I am moving out of the state, and I will NEVER be able to find the perfect apartment like this one is! Summermill is friendly. It is beautifully landscaped. Maintenance service is fast and excellent. It has been upgraded and has beautiful granite countertops. It has lots of cabinet space in the kitchen - plus a pantry and a laundry room with lots of storage space. Great apartments in a great area of town! Very close to walking trails and shopping and 540. The walls are a little thin (or we just have loud neighbors) and the maintenance crew seems to be a little short-staffed, but other than that I've lived here 6 years and enjoyed it.
